Legal information
This is a professional portfolio site. This page gathers the legal notice required by French law and the personal-data information required by the GDPR.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, États-Unis, which stores the files and serves the pages.
The texts, architecture diagrams and code on this site are the work of its publisher. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Diagrams drawn from client work are generalised: instances, repositories, channels and modules are named by function and never by their real identifier. They disclose no confidential information about any past or present employer.
This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and runs no analytics. Nothing is written to or read from your device — which is why you are shown no consent banner.
The host technically records the IP address, timestamp and requested page, for as long as needed to operate and secure the service. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protecting it from abuse.
Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third-party service. No request goes to an outside server when a page loads, so your IP address is passed to no one.
Some buttons lead to third-party services — Calendly for booking, GitHub, LinkedIn. No data reaches them until you click. From that point on, that service's own privacy policy applies.
The email buttons open your own mail client with the address pre-filled. Nothing is sent automatically and the site receives no information at that moment: you stay in control of sending.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to antonio.dafonseca.pro@gmail.com.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr.
